Returns

If you don’t absolutely love any product you purchased from Rob Shanahan Photography, you may return it to us within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding postage). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for returning products in perfect condition to receive a refund. To request a refund, please contact us first using the Contact Us page.

Damaged or Defective Returns

If your product arrives damaged or is defective in some way we will expedite a replacement. To speed up the return process, take a digital picture of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in. Email your photos to us at info@robshanahan.com Please be sure to include your order number and a description of the damage or defect. Let us know whether you would like a replacement or a refund. We will respond within 1-2 business days. You may not be required to return the damaged or defective product.

Shipping Policy

We want to get products you buy from Rob Shanahan Photography to you as quickly as possible.

Most Fine Art Gallery prints are shipped in approximately 5 business days. Books are shipped within 2 business days.

Delivery estimates are based on “business” days. If you place an order over the weekend, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day.

To keep life simple, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (US Only).

If you would like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please contact us first for availability and a quote.
